Chef Eric has over twelve years of culinary experience in the Rochester area. He has worked in four-star restaurants, and has a successful catering business. His experience has enabled him to not only maintain The Roost’s high quality, but to bring new and delicious selections to the menu. If you feel up to the challenge, try the Big Buck Burger – one pound of hamburger with all the fixings. or there’s the Cowboy Wrap – all the trimmings of a Cowboy Plate but wrapped up nice and neat!
