Flight of Icarus was formed in 2008 out of the ashes of 8th Day, and the rhythm section of Swift Kick. Essentially, it is a project that has been in the hearts and minds of each of the members for years, and took but a phone call to bring the project to fruition. Made up of Peter Glanville on lead vocals, BC Hoag and Jin Soo Jeon on lead guitars and vocals, Chris Vath on bass, and Michael Thone on drums, Flight of Icarus is sure to appeal to cross-generational audiences here in Rochester, NY and across the northeastern United States. Their first major endeavor will be monumental in proportion - the full musical recreation of the 1985 Long Beach, California concert from the “World Slavery Tour.” This is your premier Iron Maiden Tribute Band!
