For over 15 years, the John Cole band has been bringing smiles to people’s faces and movement to people’s feet with their brand of R&B- saturated Blues. With some of the best Blues players in the Rochester area, John and the guys are a special treat for everyone who hears them. John Cole leads the group with “deep soul vocals” according to the Dinosaur BBQ, and some of the best full-on Blues guitar playing to be heard in the area. Living Blues magazine writer David Whiteis says John’s vocals “evoke intimacy & machismo with equal aplomb.” Keyboardist Gian Carlo Cervone is considered the best at what he does by many musicians in upstate NY. Bass stalwart Ted Mosher, the original bassist who recently re-joined the band, is the go to guy for any band needing a bass player. Last but not least, drummer Papa John Chaffer provides rock solid drumming and pulse for the band.
